Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
We take great pride in our handcrafted chikankari pieces and hope you love them as much as we do. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to assist you.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or style within 10 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Please Note:
- Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Jewellery and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
- An item is eligible for exchange only once.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for eligible products. Refunds are processed via bank transfer and may take up to 15 working days after quality approval.
Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection. If approved, your return or exchange will be processed.
Damaged / Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with a clear unboxing video and images so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
If the outer package is torn or damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment and informing our support team.
Reverse Pickup
Reverse pickup will either be arranged by us or the customer may be requested to courier the product to:

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be accepted once the order has been shipped.
Changes to Order Details
For changes in size, delivery address, or phone number, please email us at support@hubofchikankari.com with the subject line: “Order Number + Revised Information”. Changes can only be made if the order has not been shipped.
