A detailed size chart is available on every product page. We recommend checking it carefully before placing your order.

All our garments are handcrafted using premium quality fabrics. Each product goes through multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure you receive the best.

Chikankari is delicate hand embroidery. We recommend gentle hand wash or dry clean only. Avoid machine wash to maintain the thread work.

Currently, we do not offer customisation. All products are available in standard designs and sizes.

PAYMENT, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We accept UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets and Cash on Delivery (COD available on eligible orders).

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days. Delivery time depends on your location and courier service.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can use that to track your shipment.

We use trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart and other reputed logistics services. International orders are shipped via reliable global carriers.

Some items may be shipped separately based on availability. If you do not receive the remaining items, please contact our support team.

Yes, changes can be made before the order is shipped. Please contact us with your order number and updated details.

EXCHANGE, RETURN & CANCELLATION

Products are eligible for one exchange only and must be:

• Unworn

• Unused

• Unwashed

• With original tags intact

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

You can contact our support team with your order number. Reverse pickup will be arranged where available, otherwise you may be requested to ship the product back.

The product will undergo a quality inspection. Once approved, your exchange or store credit will be processed.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellation may not be possible if the order is processed or shipped.

Refunds are processed as store credit or original payment method based on the return reason and policy eligibility.
